This vacation cottage, the result of the renovation of an ancient agricultural building, is located 3 km from the town of Menfi, within a small private property and on a gentle hill that slopes down to the sea.

Enjoy the quiet location with panoramic views of the countryside to the sea 4 km away (as the crow flies; 6 km by car).

In front of the cottage are a large equipped terrace and a citrus plantation, next to the house is a well-equipped summer kitchen with large stering grill and pizza oven.

Relax by the small oval pool! From the spacious living / dining room (satellite TV, HI-FI, air conditioning) with sofa bed you have two accesses to the outdoor area.

The bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor (attic) has air conditioning.
