The whole upstairs is a large bedroom, missing a door to the stairs.
Nearby you will find swimming, fishing, horseback riding and shopping, as well as bike paths and zoo.
Eskilstuna is nearby, only 8 km away.
From here there is a local train connection to Strängäs, Mariefred and Stockholm.
If you would like to stay in the city, you can visit the Eskilstuna City Museum, Rademachersmedjorna Open Air Museum, Munktell Museum and an art museum within a 5-minute walk.
There are even boat tours in the summer.
The zoo is also nearby.
Several ships sail from Sundbyholm to several places on the Mälaren in the summer.
