Location description:
The finca Tenerife-Romantica is located on the eastern edge (i.e. on the sunny side) of the Orotava Valley in the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz in the area with probably the best and most balanced climate in the world, only about 125 metres above sea level. Despite the quiet location of the finca, it is very conveniently situated. You can reach restaurants, shops and supermarkets in about 2 minutes by car, the nearest beach and the next larger town of Puerto de la Cruz in about 10 minutes by car and the motorway in about 5 minutes by car.

Features:
The cosy living/dining room is furnished with 2 very comfortable leather sofas, as well as a dining table for 4 people and a TV with over 100 German-language channels. The large glass doors can be pushed one over the other, so you are practically sitting outside even though you are eating inside or sitting on the sofa. . The spacious bedroom has 2 double beds and a very large wardrobe. There is also a safe built into the wall. The window in the bedroom has bars so that you can sleep soundly even when the window is open. The spacious bathroom has a large shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bathroom cabinet. Finca Tenerife-Romantica is offered as an oasis of tranquillity. Loud parties are therefore expressly prohibited. By the way, there is no dangerous gas on the entire finca, everything is only electrically operated.

Outdoor area:
Directly in front of the flat and the 2 terraces is a large lawn with palm trees, oleander, hibiscus and other plants. There is also a heated natural stone pool, a fitness room and a large barbecue area. The private car park is located on the fully enclosed and fenced finca grounds. The finca is about 4,500 square metres in size. There are only a few flats on it, which are arranged in such a way that nobody can look into each other's pots.

Special features:
The second bedroom is a separate sleeping studio, which is about 21 square metres in size and is located in a small extra cottage just a few steps away from the Vistamar. This means that the actual flat has about 83 square metres and the second bedroom with its own bathroom about 21 square metres. This is a great advantage, as if three or four people are renting, each party has their own separate bedroom and bathroom area. This is very popular with parents with teenagers or adult children, for example, or two couples going on holiday together, or even two people who don't want to sleep in the same bedroom.
