The flat consists of 1 bedroom (3 beds), bathroom separate from the WC, living-dining room with additional pull-out bed, view of the Kaiser and Ellmau, morning sun.

Our idyllic farm with 4 flats ("Schnablhof" + "Blick zum Bergdoktor" in the main building and "Wilder Kaiser" and "Kaiserblick" in the outbuilding is located on a small hill, directly opposite the Bergdoktorhaus in Ellmau and offers you a wonderful and unforgettable unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser.

The Schnablhof is wonderfully located to reach the Hartkaiserbahn cable car in 5 minutes on foot or you can take a leisurely stroll into the centre (15 minutes).

In summer there are numerous toys available for the children on the farm. Pedal tractors, bobby car. There are also hikes to Ellmis Zauberwelt, the Ellmauer Tor or the Hartkaiser, as well as numerous mountain bike trails for experts and beginners. A round of golf on the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course is a challenge, as is a climbing tour to the Ellmauer Halt.

In winter, the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau offers sports enthusiasts wonderful pistes, fantastic huts and unrivalled mountain hut fun. Enjoy the many bars and restaurants in the idyllic village centre and set off to explore the romantic winter hiking trails. There is also plenty on offer for cross-country skiers in Ellmau.
