The property is located in the green north of Tenerife, above Puerto de la Cruz and very close to La Orotava. The flat is located on a beautiful finca, together with six other residential units. A pool can be used all year round.

The living room has a cosy sofa as well as a TV, DVD player, radio, books, games and WiFi. The dining table seats up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a second dining table, a microwave, a juicer, a fridge, a freezer compartment, a 2-burner hob and a coffee machine. From here you have direct access to the furnished terrace. A double bedroom with a cot is available for sleeping. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and WC and there are several restaurants, bars and cafés in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket is approx. 10 minutes away by car. Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava can also be reached quickly by car.
