Former farm in an idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau i.Ch. in the direction of Bernau am Chiemsee. Very beautiful view towards Aschau i.Chiemgau and the surrounding mountains to the Zellerhorn. Holiday flats in the adjoining house, rooms and holiday flats in the main house. 500 m to the bathing area with tennis court and moor bathing area, both with kiosk. 10 minutes walk to the orthopaedic children's clinic and 15 minutes to the town, 7.4 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.3 km to the Kampenwand cable car. For a fee: washing machine and dryer in the house. Dogs and pets are not allowed in the flats and rooms.

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Bernau, follow the road for approx. 1 km, pass the end of the village of Aschau i.Ch., shortly afterwards turn right into the driveway to the Zwickl family. Coming from Bernau: You pass the districts Außerkoy, Bucha and then Innerkoy. Turn left into the driveway to the Zwickl family. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.

Description of the accommodation
Spacious non-smoking holiday flat on the 1st floor, 65 sqm in the adjoining house with east-facing balcony. Large separate bedroom with double bed, large living room with couch set and box bed for the 3rd person, flat-screen digital SAT-TV, radio, free WLAN and a dining area. Separate kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house for a fee. Bed linen and towels available. No dogs or pets are allowed.
