The vacation apartment (2-5 persons) is about 120 sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house, has its own entrance and east balcony, with balcony furniture. Pets are welcome. It has two bedrooms with double bed. A crib is available. The living room is equipped with a Swedish stove, TV set as well as DVD player. In the fully equipped separate kitchen with pantry, there is a cozy dining area, TV and stereo with CD player, refrigerator with extra freezer, dishwasher (cleaner available), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 4-plate stove, oven, microwave. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower (shower seat) and a guest toilet. Bed linen and towels as well as kitchen towels are available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Free Wlan.

Environment description
Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral zwischen Freilassing und Laufen. Die Umgebung bietet sich für Radtouren an, entlang der Salzach Richtung Tittmoning/Burghausen möglich auf der Deutschen und Österreichischen Seite und über Salzburg Richtung Hallein, ein Stück des Tauernradweges. Der Abtsdorfer See ist 10 Radl Minuten entfernt, an den Waginger See dauert es ca. 1 Std.
Beliebte Ausflugsziele sind die Seen im Salzburger Land, Mattsee, Obertrummer See, etwas weiter der Wolfgangssee mit seinen vielfältigen Möglichkeiten.
Bad Reichenhall und Berchtesgaden sind schnell erreicht und natürlich Salzburg.

A8 Munich Salzburg, exit Piding/Bad Reichenhall, 2nd exit in the traffic circle direction Freilassing via B20. Approx. 15 min., exit Surheim, between Laufen and Freilassing, exit village Gausburg, after approx. 200 m turn right, second house on the right side (red house) you have reached your destination.

Description of the accommodation
The spacious, cozy vacation apartment with parquet floors, is located on the second floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. From the kitchen with east balcony you have a beautiful view of the Haunsberg near Oberndorf/Salzburg. From the living room you can see the Berchtesgaden Alps. A parking lot is located at the house. Nearby (4 km) you will find the Abtsdorfer See with beautiful swimming spots, the towns of Laufen and Oberndorf (7 km) beautifully located on the Salzach. Salzburg with its cultural offerings and sights is only about 10 km away and from the Freilassinger train station (7 km) also easily accessible by S-Bahn. At any time of the year you will find here with us in the Rupertiwinkel, as well as in the neighboring Berchtesgadener Land, the Chiemgau and the Salzburg Land numerous beautiful excursion opportunities. Also some nearby ski resorts are easily and quickly accessible, and when "coming home" you can heat the Swedish stove in the living room and with a glass of punch, wine or Schönramer beer, let the day end.In the immediate vicinity you will find the Paulbauernhof with its own cheese dairy and farm store with products from the region. In Surheim about 2 km away you will find an excellently assorted Edeka market, two inns, bakery and hairdresser.
