The house is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating and is divided into 3 units. On the ground floor there is a fitness and recreation room (sauna, billiards, table football, etc.) On the first floor there is a large flat (130m²) with a large living and dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (6 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dining table for 12 people). The living and dining area also has a seating area with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and fireplace. On the same floor there are 2 additional bedrooms (each with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms. The staircase leads to the second floor, which is divided into two flats, one of which has a living and dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with lake views. The other flat has a living and dining area with kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces with lake views.

The outdoor area offers various lounge areas, which are equipped with high-quality seating sets. There is also a fully equipped summer kitchen, a children's playground and much more. The infinity pool has an outdoor shower and a massage bench for 4 people. There are sun loungers around the pool and a whirlpool for 7 people is also available.
