The holiday house is in a little town in the Karojba municipality, in the inland area of the Istrian peninsula. It is one of a row of houses next to each other. It is surrounded by green nature and is therefore ideal for relaxing.
Outside there is a private garden with a children’s playground and a brick-built barbecue. There is a newly built 6.5 x 4.5 m pool on the property. The depth can be adjusted between 1.20m and 1.50m. There is an area of approx. 90 square meters with anti-slip tiles, which is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is private parking space on site for up to four cars.
The house has been renovated and is on one level. Small stairs lead to the entrance on the raised ground floor. It has three bedrooms: a big bedroom with two double beds and two each with a double bed (bed measurements 160 x 190cm). The living room-kitchen is rustically and comfortably furnished, providing a dining table, a fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, a stove with gas and electric rings, an oven, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The house has air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. There is a washing machine.
The house is a 15-minute drive from Parenzo, as well as from the sea. There are many restaurants, discos and pizzerias nearby. There are also two water parks, where you can spend leisurely and fun hours. There are riding stables nearby.
Right near the house there is the owners’ farm, where wine and olive oil are produced. Guests can participate in the farm work on request. Firewood for the fireplace and the grill is provided free of charge by the owner. A computer is available.
