Independent air-conditioned house on one level with PRIVATE swimming pool (7x3.5m).
Kitchen area open to the living room, 2 bedrooms (1x160x200) (2x90x190 or 1x180x190), bathroom with toilet, laundry room.
The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30.
An open car or motorcycle shelter is adjacent, with a ring for two wheels.
On request and at the price of €35/week: secure socket for SLOW charging of all electric and rechargeable hybrid vehicles (Green Up Access 3.7 kW max), charging twice as fast as a conventional socket. The Gîte des Romarins is in quiet setting, near lovely hilltop village of Clansayes, in the Drôme Provençale.
Between Grignan, Orange and Montélimar, ideally located 'away from prying eyes' yet close to major roads.
Relax by the swimming pool or explore the region: La Garde-Adhémar, Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux and La Ferme aux Crocodiles (10 min).
Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse and Côtes du Rhône wine cellars (15 min.).
The Ardèche and its many activities (Ardèche gorges, Chauvet cave) 30 min.
Drôme Provençale golf course 1km.
Lots of hiking/cycling trails in this lovely region so redolent of Provence.
Of interest in the village itself: castle keep, church and chapel.
