Casa Joaquina is a lovely holiday villa on a private track, set in the rural, tranquil area of Roche Viejo. The pool is fenced in.

The villa is on a private estate, together with two other villas of the owner. Casa Joaquina has a completely fenced in, private garden. Also the pool is safely fenced in, making it more secure when traveling with children. There are two loungers with sunshade at the pool, and a set of terrace furniture on the covered terrace in front of the house with roll down canvas sunshade.

There is a brick made barbecue and parking for 1-2 cars

Inside:

Comfortably furnished and with all the conveniences of a good standard holiday accommodation. Living room with Mexican style diner, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double, the other twin, both with built-in wardrobes) and a bathroom with shower.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Inside temperatures

are kept in pleasant level thanks to the solid structure of the house. In winter you can heat with the chimney and there are electric radiators.

Surroundings:

5minute car ride takes you to Conil and several beautiful sandy beaches, like the coves of Cabo Roche or the beaches of Fuente del Gallo and Conil. There is a pizzeria close by and a grocer's less than 1 km away.
