Our listed farm "Paxerhof" and the "Zuhaus" (ski hire building) are located right next to the Zahmer Kaiser ski area in Walchsee and directly at the foot of the mountains of the same name. Sporting activities such as skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, great hiking tours, but also wonderful walks are possible from the front door! Lake Walchsee and the village centre are only about 3 km away - use of the lake and the outdoor pool in Reit im Winkl is free for our guests! We run an organic farm with dairy cows. You can order fresh milk and bread rolls from the bakery every day.

You will find our house in the Durchholzen district. This is about 3 km from the centre of Walchsee. From the motorway exit Niederndorf it is only 10 minutes by car. The road takes you past the villages of Niederndorf and Rettenschöss.
