Our holiday flat is 120m "large. Cosy - comfortably furnished, it can accommodate up to 10 people.

A kitchen-living room where you can enjoy cooking for your loved ones, where you are not tied to meal times, the centre for storytelling, playing and reviewing the day's events.

Four spacious bedrooms, 2 double and 2 triple rooms, which invite you to cuddle up and relax.

Separate shower and WC.

In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, which is always very popular if you have children.

An anteroom, where there is also a practical shoe dryer for 10 pairs of shoes.

Whether big or small, everyone will find their favourite place in the 2 double rooms or the 2 triple rooms.

Surrounded by lush meadows, pastures and forests, you can enjoy a magnificent mountain panorama that is unparalleled in its beauty - the perfect place to switch off, unwind and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Whether you are staying with us as a family, an active holidaymaker or someone seeking peace and quiet - our cosy holiday flat is the ideal temporary home. Spread over a generous 120 m², it offers space for up to 10 people in four invitingly furnished bedrooms. A spacious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen awaits you - here you will find everything you need to spoil your loved ones with home-cooked meals and spend cosy hours together.

Our farm is a true children's paradise! Race with go-karts, jump on the trampoline, swing or romp to your heart's content on the many play equipment - boredom doesn't stand a chance with us. Direct contact with our animals is particularly exciting for our younger guests: Visit the young cattle, the always hungry rabbits, the loving cats, Felix and Rampo, our guinea pigs, the chattering ducks and the chickens that provide us with fresh eggs every day. Of course, you will also learn exciting details about life on the farm: How long does a cow stay pregnant? What do our animals particularly like to eat? Or what does a duck's egg look like?

Another highlight for young and old alike is our knowledge of the organic cycle and the annual cycle that determines life and work on the Imitz farm. We are happy to take the time to tell you more about sustainable agriculture and the nature that surrounds us.

As a guest of our farm, you benefit from the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard, which we provide free of charge. This gives you access to over 50 different leisure activities that are available to you during your stay at no extra cost! From 1 May to 2 November, you can experience the treasures of nature, cultural highlights and exciting adventure activities in the region. Whether you take the cable cars up to the heights to enjoy the view, take a dip in the swimming pools and indoor pools, discover the region's museums or set off on challenging mountain bike tours and leisure cycle paths - there's something for everyone here!

A special extra are the free children's programmes - fairy tale stories, a walk with the alpacas, experiences with birds of prey or an exciting farm tour offer lots of fun and adventure for the little ones.

And in winter? Then it gets really magical with us! Breathe in the fresh snowy air, get on your skis or snowboard and experience the joys of winter in a unique setting. Whether skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, curling or ski touring - all winter sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here. The Wurzeralm, a small but beautiful family ski area, is only 11 km away, and the Hinterstoder-Höss ski area, where you will find sporting challenges on World Cup pistes, is only 25 km away. Right next to us, our neighbour, even the youngest guests can learn to ski on family-friendly lifts. And the cross-country ski trail runs right alongside the Hotzlift and takes you deep into the romantic Winklertal valley.

Welcome to our holiday flat - your home in the mountains

Our holiday flat combines cosiness and spaciousness in a very special way, so that you can immediately feel at home and relax. Designed with great attention to detail, it is the ideal place to leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries.

The spacious eat-in kitchen is the centrepiece of the flat. Here you can cook for and enjoy your loved ones in peace and quiet - without having to stick to fixed meal times. You will find everything you need for relaxed cooking enjoyment: From a dishwasher to make tidying up easier, to a coffee machine for the perfect coffee treat, to a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, hob with oven and a washing machine. For quick access to the internet and to dry your boots/ski boots, there is of course also WiFi and a practical boot dryer.

The sleeping areas offer plenty of space for your family or friends: two double rooms and two triple rooms await you, all furnished with great comfort and attention to detail. And if you are travelling with small children, we can easily accommodate a cot so that even the little ones can sleep in peace.

As the evening draws to a close, you will sink into your cosy beds, exhausted but satisfied after an eventful day. With your head full of unforgettable experiences from your time with us, you will feel like you have arrived at this special place all by yourself. A feeling of security and contentment will accompany you as you slip under the warm blanket.

Departure time: We ask you to leave the holiday flat by 9:30 am at the latest. A later departure is of course possible by arrangement - just contact us and we will find a suitable solution!

Directions:

From Spital am Pyhrn:
Drive on the B 138 towards Windischgarsten and turn right after the railway subway towards Oberweng. Follow the road for approx. 5 km. You have finally reached us at the address Oberweng 129!

From the Windischgarsten bypass:
Drive towards Spital am Pyhrn and pass Gasthaus Grundner on the left-hand side. Turn left here and after approx. 500 metres turn left again - the road leads you uphill. After about 2 km turn right and after another 500 metres turn left again. You will reach a carved tree - turn left again and continue until you pass the Hotz ski lift. After a small hill, turn right into the cul-de-sac, where you will finally arrive at Oberweng 129.
