There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby, for example on the large Vakö bog is one of the largest calm moors in southern Sweden.

The open area is a full six square kilometers large and completely unique this far south.

IKEA in Älmhult is only 25 km away and there is also an IKEA museum.

Feel free to visit Råshult, which is Carl von Linne's birthplace.

In Möckelsnäs Herrgård you can eat good food.

At Torne you can rent a canoe and paddle in Lake Åsnen.
