Stylishly furnished holiday home on an old farm in a quiet location in the beautiful national park community of Leisel on the edge of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park. The village of Leisel enchants visitors with its architecturally remarkable village centre with well-preserved old half-timbered houses and allows you to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside. Above the village, on the southern edge of the densely wooded high forest, the well-known medieval pilgrimage church of Heiligenbösch stands on Roman foundations. The Birkenfelder Land holiday region and the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park offer guided hikes, as well as numerous dream loops to hike yourself and tourist activities, such as a visit to the Steinkaulenberg gemstone mine or the copper mine in Fischbach. A summer toboggan run and a climbing park await you on the Erbeskopf, the highest mountain in Rhineland-Palatinate. The jewellery town of Idar-Oberstein, located on the German Gemstone Route, is in the immediate vicinity of Leisel. Excursions to Trier, Germany's oldest city and the Saar-Lor-Lux border triangle round off your stay in Leisel. There is a small restaurant in Leisel and a bakery for fresh breakfast rolls in the neighbouring village. There are plenty of shopping facilities in Birkenfeld, approx. 12 km away. A small village shop, a drinks shop as well as two butchers and another bakery are approx. 6 km away.

Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the location of the booked accommodation, this must be paid on site.

Important payment information and other conditions
A deposit of up to 90% of the holiday price is due upon booking. A deposit of 100 euros will be charged in cash on arrival.

Description of the unit
Completely renovated and newly furnished holiday home (65 sqm) for 2 persons. The house has a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with a further seating area, a bathroom with shower and a heated cloakroom. A TV set and a DVD player as well as unlimited WLAN are at your disposal. The house has central heating. You can enjoy the day on your own terrace in a separate part of our garden. Towels and bed linen are provided. Non-smoking house. Storage facilities for bicycles and a free car park in front of the house are available.
