The Felix holiday flat (4-10 people) is located on the second floor of our house and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern eat-in kitchen. It is approx. 90 m2 in size and offers enough space for the whole family or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. There is a double bed and a bunk bed in each bedroom and the sofa in the living area can also be converted into a bed (253/138 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher and there is also a washing machine. The flat also has a spacious balcony.

On the ground floor of our house there is also a ski room where our guests can safely store their ski equipment in winter and their bicycles in summer. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the house. In addition, our infrared sauna, which is right next to the holiday flat, invites you to relax and unwind after an impressive hike or a wonderful day of skiing in the Almenwelt Lofer. In summer our guests receive the Sommercard free of charge. In addition, we offer our guests a bread roll service, so that nothing is left to be desired during a holiday with us.

Our family-run farm, which was first mentioned in a document in 1495, is quietly and idyllically situated in the picturesque district of Scheffsnoth. It is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Lofer. Our holiday flats offer the ideal accommodation for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday close to nature in the middle of the Alps.
The Sommercard gives you the opportunity to use the swimming pool in Lofer and visit the Vorderkaser and Seisenbergklamm gorges free of charge during the summer season. The Lamprechtshöhle cave is also free for our guests, as is the bus journey to the city of Salzburg. This offer also includes free use of the cable car. Prices are per holiday flat and night. For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge will be added. For persons aged 15 and over, an additional € 1.70 visitor's tax will be charged per night.
