On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto a covered terrace with stunning views over the fields and forest, where you might spot a few deer. There is also a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible via a miller's ladder), you will find a sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk. In the basement, you'll have access to a laundry room for storing equipment (2 bicycles are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace has garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The open-air grounds (not enclosed) guarantee a complete change of scenery. Beds are made on arrival, and heating, electricity, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1h30 from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, in a green setting to enjoy peace and quiet.
