Our country house is an original Appenzell farmhouse newly renovated in 2022. It is located in Speicher in Appenzell Ausserrhoden near St.Gallen in eastern Switzerland. The vacation house offers max. space for 9-11 persons and 1-2 babies. (Ideal occupancy: 5 adults, 3 children +1-2 babies) You stay in the country house with 4 bedrooms, 1. kitchen, 1 washroom / diaper changing room,1 living room and 2 bathrooms (3 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 baby extra bed, 1 baby travel bed, 1 air bed and 1 sofa bed). The house is secluded in the countryside, in the middle of a sheep pasture in the municipality of Speicher. Nevertheless, you are in 10 min in the city of St.Gallen and on the highway. It has parking for about 3 cars and 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with slide, deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with a barbecue area with seating area.
By booking you agree to the following conditions: Pets and rampant parties are not allowed! The target group are families and we reserve the right to refuse bookings only from teenagers or adult groups without children. If you are an adult group, please contact us prior to booking to clarify terms. Sanitary napkins, diapers, kitchen paper and other items except toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances, as this could cause great damage. The rental property is newly renovated and in order for many more families to enjoy it, it must be treated with due care. Damages will be charged at acquisition/replacement value; this also applies to the sewage pump. Smoking in the house is prohibited! In the event of any damage, we will only take recourse against the person making the booking. In case of wrong information such as number and age of the guests, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or to refuse access to the property when the keys are handed over. The house may not be used for commercial purposes or be sublet without consulting the landlord during the stay. Families are of course welcome.
