Au rez de chaussée : cuisine équipée (cafetière Senséo,cafetière filtre, plaque, hotte,four...), salle à manger avec cheminée (poêle à granulés), spacieux salon avec TV, salle d'eau, buanderie. Au 1/2 niveau, wc. A l'étage : trois chambres doubles (lit 140 x 190 cm). Les lits seront faits à votre arrivée. Le chauffage (électrique et bois / pellets) est en supplément selon la consommation. ATTRAITS TOURISTIQUES : Nigloland à la sortie du village, vignoble de champagne, lacs de Dienville à 15 minutes, Mémorial du Général de Gaulle à 30 minutes. Le gîte "Au Phil de Lô" est situé au cœur de la Côte des Bar, à Dolancourt, village dans lequel vous pourrez vous distraire au sein du célèbre parc d'attractions Nigloland. Le gîte se situe dans une ruelle calme, sur un terrain clos, en bordure de la rivière Le Landion (berges protégées). Il est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer dans un cadre de qualité.
