Lovely holiday villa with swimming pool, set in an large, natural estate with many ancient pine trees.

Outside:

5000m plot with old pine trees, completely fenced in. The cottage is set away from the street in the center of the plot. It is fenced in and surrounded by a garden with lawn.



On the lower part is the fenced in swimming pool with terrace and loungers, a small bathroom (WC and sink) and a outdoor shower. On the lowest part of the estate is a small house which the owners use when the cottage is not rented out.

The cottage has a porch and behind the house is a barbecue area with brick made barbecue and a stone set of table and benches.

Parkingfor 2 cars on the estate.



Inside:

Functionally furnished in the traditional Spanish cottage style with varnished pine wood furniture. Open plan living-dining room with 2 sofas, wood burning stove and dining place, which is separate from the kitchen by a bar. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom with bath. Mattresses are of good quality. The villa is equipped with SAT-TV (ASTRA with English news-channels).

Wifi / Internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Cooling amp; Heating:

the house stays cool inside also during the hottest summer days, and there is no need for air condition. In winter you can heat up with a wood burning stove.



Surroundings:

The beach of Fuente del Gallo and the cove of Puntalejo are a 10-15 minutes walk away. For your daily groceries you find a supermarket in the campsite of Fuente del Gallo, approx. 300m away, where you also find a cafetería / restaurant. There are more restaurants in Fuente del Gallo in walking distance.
