The holiday home was completely renovated in 2022. In addition to the new bathroom and toilet and the spacious room layout, the holiday home enchants with many other advantages.
The bedroom with a double bed enchants with a fantastic view of the surrounding fields, meadows and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is perfectly equipped for every meal. The parlour with a large corner bench with table, a TV and a Swedish stove is the perfect place to end your relaxing evenings in the hut.
A special highlight is the loft adventure sleeping area for your children. There are four full-size single beds (90x200cm) in the attic of the house. ATTENTION: The room height here is only 1.50m at the highest point.
Another highlight is the winter garden and the balcony.

Another highlight is the conservatory and the balcony. From there you have a clear view (without houses in front) of the entire Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains.

There is a lot to experience on our farm next door. Immerse yourself in the world of the farm and see where the milk comes from, how the hen lays an egg and learn how to handle animals. Of course, all the animals have a name, which we'll be happy to tell you.
In addition to the farm, there's also a playground for a dip in the cool water. In winter, you can find the perfect piste fun in the Zillertal or the Karwendel Silver Region in less than 30 minutes by car!
