An old watermill converted into a house, next to a small pond. All the restoration work has been done with the aim of maintaining its rusticity and comfort. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet countryside setting, next to a pond with water lilies.

In addition to the comfort and new amenities, the house has a covered barbecue area and a private swimming pool.
Guest access
This house is easily accessible and has the advantage of being 12 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim - and its beaches - and the A28 highway that connects Porto to Caminha. It is 12 km from Barcelos. Apúlia beach is 5 km away.
Other things to bear in mind
Isolated location, next to a pond with ducks, frogs and various birds. Typical village noises, dogs, cats, etc. Tractors. Normal rural smells.
No charging of electric cars or motorhomes allowed.
No parties allowed.
Please inform the host in advance if you are bringing pets. Pets are allowed upon previous request and for an extra fee.
