Matimi, an old house renovated for modern comfort, offers you six charming rooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a cosy living room perfect for enjoying TV or games, and a bathroom with shower. From here, you will have direct access to the swimming pool, creating a fluid space between indoors and outdoors.

On the upper floor, three more bedrooms await you, each with double beds. One of these bedrooms is en suite.

Both the kitchen and outdoor space are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, you can enjoy the glazed Riu Rau, with its dining area and living room where there is also a sofa bed.

The house has a private swimming pool where you can spend refreshing days, relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, the imposing Oltà mountain range, the emblematic Peñón de Ifach and the shimmering sea in the distance.


It also has a charger for electric cars, a paellero and gas plancha where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals.



For the little ones, there is a large area between trees to run around in, offering them a safe space for fun.
