DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
Country Lodge is the ideal retreat for those who love greenery and tranquillity. Surrounded by a large garden of flowers and trees of about 1,000 square metres, the property offers enchanting outdoor spaces where it is possible to dine al fresco, taking advantage of the barbecue and dedicated area. The cottage is on one level: the spacious and bright living room has a TV corner with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, and the kitchenette is complete with stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and kettle. The living room leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a second bathroom with shower and washing machine offers further convenience. The nearest beach is approximately 7 km away.


DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCE
Country Lodge is the perfect choice for a holiday of sea and relaxation. The beautiful Beach of Marinella is about 7 km away, while the Terranova shopping centre is only 2 km away. A few kilometres away, about ten minutes by car, is Porto Rotondo, known for its boutiques, bars, restaurants and lively nightlife. Here you can stroll along the quaint little harbour where yachts of all sizes moor. A car is recommended to reach the property and to explore the surroundings during your stay.

The published properties are granted in tourist lease by the respective landlords represented by the intermediary, pursuant to l.431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Autonoma Sardegna.

Payments and security deposit

If indicated, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated according to consumption and to be paid at the end of the stay.

At arrival you will be asked for a security deposit which will be blocked on your credit card. The credit card must be physically present and must be in your name. Do not worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, remember that the release time depends entirely on your bank. Should any damages or breaches of the rules occur we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover any costs.

The facilities offered by Klodge are private properties rented by their respective owners with the support and intermediation of Klodge. As they are private dwellings, they do not follow specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Klodge is a professional property broker specialising in the brokering of short term tourist rentals.

Accessory services strictly necessary for short term accommodation requirements such as final cleaning and provision of the initial set of linen are provided by specialist external companies, the costs of which are the responsibility of the client.

After booking you are required to complete an online check-in procedure through our confidential channel. This requires uploading ID photos and/or selfies of all persons staying. Your personal data will be treated with care and in line with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting responsibly in Italy requires you to sign a rental contract for tourist purposes. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide a courtesy version translated into English before arrival.

The collection of keys and signing of documents will take place at Klodge reception, Via Pescara 11 Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

We would like to inform you that - according to local guidelines - a separate waste collection system is in place. Please ensure that you follow the door-to-door programme by purchasing the appropriate bags, and kindly dispose of any remaining waste at the end of your stay.

Check-in times are between 16:00 and 20:00 (so not at 16:00 on the dot) subject to availability of the accommodation, time for cleaning procedures and check-in appointments already arranged.

Attrivals after the standard time will incur an extra charge

Between 23:00 and 01:00 → €60 (on request)

Over 01:00 → to be arranged only upon request.
