The palace dates back to 1707 and has been expertly restored with quality materials and in respect of its original features, becoming a cozy home where you can spend your vacations in Salento, about 15 minutes from the soft and golden beach of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The Historic House Today presents itself to guests equipped with triple air conditioning, unlimited Internet, alarm system, washing machine, heating with heat pumps and pellet stove, large TV, video surveillance and three Jacuzzis, two hydro columns and a two-seater Jacuzzi.
A former Bourbon summer residence, it preserves in its architecture the charm of history and time that shapes the limestone and tuff of which it is built. The first floor is presented with a large open space in Chianca Leccese from which you access the two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom equipped with hydro-massage column, the large open space allows you to dine outdoors and enjoy a good barbecue with panoramic views of the small village.
