This 7 person Holiday House is situated on peninsula Walcheren, at the west coast of the province of Zeeland, has 2 private terraces and offers plenty of privacy. The neat, semi-detached house is situated next to the owner’s house, just outside the village between Vrouwenpolder and Serooskerke, nearby (3km) the North sea beach and the Veerse Meer (lake). The house is situated at the former N57 which is only used for local traffic. Vrouwenpolder has1 supermarket and a bakery. Scenic area Oranjezon is situated nearby Vrouwenpolder. The village can be reached through the N57 (Middelburg-Europoort). The village offers various restaurants, such as a Vietnamese, a Pizzeria, a Mexican and a couple of common restaurants. The neighbouring village Serooskerke has a wonderful mill which grinds wheat on windy Saturdays and sells flour etc. It has a restaurant with playground for the children. In this village tourism is very important. The best way to discover this island is by bike, there are many excellent cycle tracks. The largest beach of this peninsula is situated at Vrouwenpolder, you can reach it by bike. You can rent bikes in both villages. From your house you can see the Lange Jan tower in Middelburg and the Veerse Dom tower.

Layout
On the ground floor of this lovely holiday home you will find the living room with a cosy seating area, dining table, television, cosy fireplace, CD player and radio. There is central heating and free internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, as well as a four-burner cooker, oven, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill, microwave and kettle. There is a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor and can be accessed via the living room. It is equipped with a single bed, linen cupboard and washbasin. The other three spacious bedrooms are on the first floor. One is equipped with a double bed and washbasin, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All beds have single duvets. There is also a washbasin on the landing.
The garden in this house is unique. There are several terraces with garden furniture, so you can sit in the shade as well as in the sun. Right next to the house is the private playground with slide, swing, seesaw and trampoline (which is also suitable for adults). Next to the playground is a playing field where children can play. A barbecue, parasol and shed with skelters are also at your disposal. In this shed you can store your bicycles and charging. There is enough parking space for several cars.

Surroundings
Vrouwenpolder beach is located on the west coast of Walcheren, on the North Sea. The beaches in the area are wide, child-friendly and clean. Vacations here consist of sun, sea and beach, as well as beautiful sights in large and small villages surrounded by beautiful nature. Visit, for example, historic Veere, which in its heyday was a powerful trading town where much ship trade with Scotland was conducted. A trip to Middelburg is also worthwhile, ideal for a day of shopping. Visit the Zeeuws Museum there and learn about the history of the Zeelanders or go to Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn about the impressive Delta Works.
