The beautiful location, on a former farm in the centre of the village, is reminiscent of the Giethoorn of yesteryear. The completely newly built flat in this former farmhouse is fully equipped. Excellent for a peaceful holiday in the nature of National Park Weerribben-Wieden. Or more active: the area offers excellent walking and cycling and of course plenty of boating. there is a covered bicycle shed for your own bike and charging point for your e-bikes. Canoes and punters, as well as whisper boats and e-sloops, can be rented from the location.

Layout
The beautifully decorated flat offers spacious living area with comfortable furniture. The living room has a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV, a cupboard with games and free Wi-Fi access. The fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. Among other things, there is a five-burner cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, washbasin and an infrared sauna. There is another separate toilet.
On the first floor are the other three double bedrooms, one of which has two 80 x 200cm mattresses and two beds with two 90 x 200cm mattresses. All beds have single duvets. Two bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating and the upper floor with central heating. There is a spacious terrace with ample garden furniture and a large garden adjacent to a private nature reserve.

Particularities
Canoes, punters, whisper boats and e-sloops can be rented at a discount from the owner and from the site.

Giethoorn's idyllic setting is thanks to National Park Weerribben-Wieden. From your cottage in Dutch Venice you step straight into the green world. Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums. Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer. Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo. Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.
