The 2-room holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house. The house is in a secluded location outside the village and belongs to a farm. From the garden seating area you have a wonderful view towards Flimserstein. A storeroom and a laundry room are available. The post bus stop is about 200 metres away. Luven is located near Ilanz in the centre of the Surselva. The skiing and hiking areas of Obersaxen Mundaun, Val Lumnezia, Brigels Waltensburg, Vals and Flims/Laax/Falera can be reached in a few minutes by car. Ilanz - direction Vrin - after approx. 2 km from the Ilanz exit turn off in the direction of Luven. Post bus stop "Fuors Luven" - approx. 200m further on take the first road on the left after the bridge and you will see the house with stable. Car park available and included in the price.
