Welcome to this sunny vacation home for two to four people on the coast of Zeeland. Located on a through road, this vacation home is on a farm (active arable farm) with a fantastic view of dunes and fields. The beach and the center of Zoutelande are about 1.5 km away. Zoutelande is one of the coastal towns in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine and a south-facing beach. Because of this, Zoutelande is also called the Zeeland Riviera. From the beach you can see the boats passing by. In the center are cozy terraces, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, some nice boutiques and other specialty stores. It's all right in the neighborhood.

Layout
The cozy living room has a tiled floor, lounge sofa and two armchairs. The spacious dining table is in the open kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker and kettle. There is one bedroom with a double bed with two separate mattresses and two comforters (box spring 90 x 200). Attached to the bedroom is a modern bathroom en suite and equipped with: walk-in shower, washbasin cabinet, towel radiator and toilet. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00), on which the 3rd and 4th person can sleep. A pet is also welcome.

From the living room there is access to the spacious, enclosed terrace. Would you rather stay at home? The terrace faces south, so here too you can enjoy the Zeeland sun all day long. There is free WIFI. Bicycles can be stored and charged in the barn. Parking is available next to the house in the private parking lot. There is a freezer, washer and dryer for shared use.

Surroundings
The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity?
